1、 During daily operation and maintenance diesel generator set, pay attention to observing the cooling water circulation system. If the thermostat fails, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Otherwise, if the diesel engine is in a high temperature state for a long time, it may cause wear or overheating due to sudden shutdown.

2、 The filter element should be replaced once a year, and the filter element should be replaced at the same time as the engine oil. The air filter element can be replaced every 2-3 years. During each maintenance, remove the air filter element and clean the internal dust and impurities.

3、 In future operation and maintenance work, it is necessary to strictly follow the regulations for inspection and maintenance. It is not only necessary to operate without load, but also to operate with load for more than 30 minutes. Observe whether the controller displays parameters, engine speed, and output voltage and current are normal; Listen to the sound of the engine running and the vibration of the engine body; Check the cooling water circulation status and water temperature status; Check the battery to see if the voltage meets the standard and if the battery fluid is sufficient. Accurately record the operation status and maintenance matters of the generator set.

4、 Improve the management of diesel generator set: When using diesel generator set, develop comprehensive emergency plans in advance, and fully utilize the role of diesel generator set in case of abnormal power supply in the power system.

During daily inspections, precautions are as follows:

1. The generator set needs to be started with no load every month to check if all parameters are normal and form operation and maintenance records.

2. Strengthen the management of the computer room, maintain indoor cleanliness, prohibit disorderly stacking, and do a good job in firefighting work.

 

3. When the diesel generator set is in standby, the machine room should be locked and non staff are prohibited from entering; When staff enter and exit the computer room, a registration system is implemented.
